Baliwrap – Square Innovation

The Baliwrap features a chassis with three axles, two of which are steering and follow. The entire unit is air-suspended, providing excellent road handling and ride comfort in the field. Additionally, the chassis is equipped with air brakes. A large baler (Big Baler) of your choice can be mounted on the chassis.

Everything in one operation

Blade / Cutting

The blade, which operates with an air cylinder, quickly cuts the “film strand” formed by the film holder. It catches and grips the film to accurately cut it off.

Extendable chassis

The extendable chassis allows for continuous pressing during the wrapping process, so you don’t have to stop. This optimizes the entire workflow perfectly!

Wrapper

The wrapper of the Baliwrap operates on the hydraulic power of the tractor and is fully automated. Each bale is wrapped with six layers of film in just 40 seconds. Of course, it is also possible to lay the bale on the ground without film.

Film holder

The film holders automatically lower to a comfortable height when the film roll needs to be replaced. During cutting, the film is pressed against a “strand,” which minimizes breakage when catching the film in the blade.

Transport

For a compact setup, a transport mode is available. The satellite arms slide forward and fold in half, while the roller arms and conveyor can be folded up.
